Dettol. Works a treat on plastics. Soak it for as long as possible, I try to aim for about a week, but I *think* it can work as quickly as 24 hours, solid scrub, should come up shiny. Just be careful, last time I tried this, I had my hands in the Dettol for too long, skin peeled really badly. Gloves recommended.
